DCC or potentiometer: which should I choose?
A potentiometer lets you adjust brightness directly on the board. LX-U DCC is configured through its DCC decoder and CVs, and includes switch-on effects. Consult the relevant manual for connections and settings.
Does every H0 light fit every H0 coach?
Scale alone is not enough. Available space, board length and the position of compartments and entrances matter. Measure the coach interior and compare it with the product description and manual.
Which light colour should I choose?
Warm white, white and yellow create different moods. Choose the colour that suits the prototype and your layout. Available colours are listed on each product page.
Can I add a capacitor?
Use a suitable capacitor only at the designated connection. Check the manual, voltage, polarity and available space. If unsure, contact us with your lighting strip's article number.
