E-Modell Information

Terms and conditions.

Updated and text version: 20 October 2026 · 2026-10-20-launch

1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to new orders in the E-Modell online shop from Newmatik GmbH, Am Markt 1, 55619 Hennweiler, Germany, represented by Dominik Ottenbreit and Björn Ottenbreit. Contact: info@e-modell.de, telephone +49 6752 16998-0. Existing contracts remain subject to the version agreed when the order was placed.

2. Ordering and formation of the contract

Product listings invite you to place an order. You can add items to your cart and change or remove items and quantities. The items, delivery country, shipping costs and total are displayed before payment; you can correct your entries before completing the binding order. A customer account is not required.

From the cart, you proceed to Stripe Checkout. By selecting its button to place an order with an obligation to pay, you submit a binding purchase offer. We accept that offer when payment is successfully confirmed. For delayed payment methods, the contract is formed only when that confirmation occurs. A reservation or opening the payment page alone does not form a contract. You receive an order confirmation and payment receipt by email.

3. Prices, payment and delivery

Prices are stated in euros. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and the total are displayed before you complete the binding order. Available delivery countries, services, charges and delivery times are explained under Delivery and shipping. Available payment methods are shown in Stripe Checkout. Payment is made when ordering; goods remain our property until paid for in full.

We deliver to the address given in your order. For consumers, we bear the shipping risk until the goods are handed to you or a recipient designated by you, subject to statutory exceptions. Your statutory rights concerning delayed delivery remain unaffected.

4. Contract record and language

You may enter into the contract in German or English. We retain the order details and the texts applicable when the order was placed. The confirmation contains the ordered items, amounts and delivery details, together with these terms and the withdrawal instructions, including the model withdrawal form, as text-file attachments you can save. Please retain that email. You can view your order history after signing in with the email address used for the order.

5. Consumer right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right described in our withdrawal instructions. The online Withdraw from contract function is available without signing in. You do not have to give a reason. Statutory rights concerning defective goods apply independently of withdrawal.

6. Defects and liability

Statutory rights concerning defects and statutory limitation periods apply. These terms do not shorten those rights. Our liability is also governed by statutory provisions. Any additional guarantee expressly granted does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory rules of the country where they habitually reside. These terms do not restrict statutory jurisdiction or access to the courts.

8. Contact if there is a problem

For questions about orders, delivery or defects, contact info@e-modell.de. Prior approval or a return authorisation number is not required to exercise a valid right of withdrawal.

Consumer dispute resolution

We do not voluntarily participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer conciliation body. Any statutory obligation to participate remains unaffected.
