Delivery area and shipping costs
Within Germany, standard shipping costs a flat €9.95 including VAT per order. Alternatively, choose express shipping for €19.95 including VAT.
Standard shipping to the following EU destinations costs a flat €19.95 including VAT per order: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, mainland France, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden. Express shipping is available within Germany only.
Standard shipping to Switzerland costs a flat €29.95 per order. Swiss import duties, import VAT and carrier customs-clearance fees are not included and are payable by the recipient. Taxes charged by the shop are shown before payment.
We deliver only to the countries listed. Heligoland and Büsingen, the Faroe Islands and Greenland, non-European territories of the Netherlands, Corsica and French overseas territories, Samnaun/Sampuoir and Liechtenstein are excluded. Spain, Italy, Greece, Finland, Cyprus and other countries not listed are currently outside our delivery area. Select your delivery country in the cart; the shipping address entered during payment must be in that country.
Shipping and the order total are shown in the cart and before payment. Goods are dispatched from stock as insured shipments through DHL/Deutsche Post or UPS. We do not add shipping surcharges to a confirmed order. The Swiss import and customs-clearance charges described above are separate.
Dispatch time
Items held in stock are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Transit times vary with the carrier and destination. Express is a separate shipping service and does not guarantee a particular delivery date. Customs clearance may extend transit times for Switzerland.

You pay securely through Stripe Checkout. The payment methods available for your order are displayed during payment. You will see the items, shipping costs, applicable taxes and total before placing your binding order.
