Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, acquire physical possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Newmatik GmbH, Am Markt 1, 55619 Hennweiler, Germany, telephone +49 6752 16998-0, email info@e-modell.de) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, such as a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You may also exercise your right online at https://e-modell.eu/en/withdrawal/ – Withdraw from contract. If you use this function, we will promptly send an acknowledgement on a durable medium (email), including the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, you must send your communication concerning the exercise of your right before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery service other than our least expensive standard service. We will do so without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will reimburse you using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur fees for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to Newmatik GmbH, Am Markt 1, 55619 Hennweiler, Germany, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before that period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
