Documentation scope
The manuals cover LX-U DCC, LX-U Poti, LX-M/LX-R and 3001X Version 2. For the FSV function, the accessories guide links to section 2.3 of the LX-U DCC manual. No standalone datasheet is linked for 90302 or the wire; their available specifications are in the accessories guide.
Keeping known ambiguities visible
Follow the product guides’ notes on the conflicting DCC voltage limit and SSL-A/B mapping. The LX-U Poti guide also distinguishes LED, track and buffer contacts. If your board’s markings or behaviour differ from the manual, identify the exact version before further wiring or programming.
Firmware and older revisions
The DCC reference is based on the published software version 1.10. No firmware update is offered here as a solution to unresolved programming problems. For an older or repaired board, support needs its markings and, where available, the version read from it. Do not use an arbitrary HEX image or programming lead without confirmed hardware compatibility.
